热镀锌是金属制品最基本、最有效的防腐技术之一，广泛应用于国民经济的各个领域。在热镀锌过程中镀锌锅是消耗很大的设备，一旦发生漏锅损失严重，因此正确设计锌锅对企业十分重要。目前的镀锌锅分为两种，一种是铁制的镀锌锅，另一种是陶瓷的镀锌锅。
本产品是一种新型的内加热镀锌锅，通过将传统的由钢板焊接而成的外加热锅体，设计为耐火砖砌筑或浇注料浇注而成的内加热锅体，本锅体和锌液不产生反应，避免了漏锅停产现象。而且大幅度减少了锌渣的产生，并将传统的外加热科学的设计为内置加热机构，从而增加了热源与锌液的接触面积，耐腐蚀性好，机械强度高，不怕磕碰，可以随炉化锌，维护更换方便，使溶锌更高效，并通过采用燃气内加热系统(天然气或煤制气)，免了用电内加热能耗成本高的缺点，大大提高了利用率，节省了成本。本产品已成功使用在镀锌丝和镀锌型材的生产线中，特别用在镀锌丝生产线中，产渣率要比原先的外加热减少80%，所以已受到各厂家的高度认可。
